Add input placeholder text outside input field

A UI suggestion for the 'Call a contract' section of the Sandbox.

The input fields are already pre-filled when landing on this section, blocking the placeholder text. If we want to leave these input fields defaulted with pre-filled inputs, can we move the placeholder text outside the field then? I just found it to be a bit confusing and sparse without the placeholder text initially showing.
