Revisit display cost information

With https://github.com/hirosystems/clarinet/pull/309 we got a bug fix but also lost some clarity when reading the cost table, like bottlenecks and colors (red / yellow with arbitrary thresholds, indicating cost dimensions to optimize). We should also get rid of the average line which does not bring much value.
