Client: reject and un-register messages for unknown predicates

Depending on how a chainhook client is restarted, it can end up with receiving duplicate messages from chainhook due to outdated predicates.

When the client receives a messages for a predicate uuid that it doesn't recognize, it should ignore the message and request to unregister the predict.
