chanidents does not support spaces in channel names

When I have a chanidents file where the TV stations have spaces, the mapping does not work. Example chanidents:

28206	rbb Berlin
28224	NDR FS MV
28228	MDR Sachsen

I can see that the chanident file in this repo has no spaces, but uses dots instead.
