some key not work with amvim

h, u not work with amvim. and how to open the command line( c-p )

I just del the h,u define in package.json. it's not a good idea.

Thanks. The problem has been resolved in version 0.0.5 .

And, "C-p" is move previous(move up) command in emacs.
