There is no front-controller in a web folder.

Hi HiQDev team, Thanks again for the great product!

I'm trying to set up the new instance of the latest version of asset-packagist, used PHP 5.6, composer v1 and docker, but as a result, I have a web folder empty. It's the same in this repo.

I suppose it must be filled automatically by some composer post-scripts or composer plugin that I don't have.
