Feature request: Add missing datestamp to Problematic words

In the Vocabulary there is a section with timestamps:
- Created
- Learned
- Mastered
- Learning list

But Problematic is missing.

You can see the date when you marked a word as Learned or Mastered, but there is no
timestamp when you mark a word as Problematic. I actually need to see this timestamp
every now and then so it would be a nice improvement, plus there's room for it in the
section so why not.

That time is not saved in vocabulary. I can add a field for it, or write in place of
"mastered time" (I guess if it's problematic then it's not mastered?)

But the vocabulary format is old and needs reworking anyway, I don't want to touch
it because I'll just end up breaking everything. So postponing until Issue 220.
