@himanshu007-creator, For customer support chatbot we can use Customerly. It is well suited to integrate with WordPress or any Web Based projects.

We can also add chatbot using dialogflow as its easy to integrate with website.

@ashi-sharma that is also a nice solution, I will look into it as of now integrating customerly into the website is simple, but their setup is taking quite large time.

@himanshu007-creator can you some intents for the Dialogflow? I have integrated dialogflow with the help of communicate plugin on my website and I am planning to do the same for your website/

@himanshu007-creator sir , we can merge chatbot for customer help like this is a NGO based website we can give option to them so that they will not write only they have to select a option ..... We can make a json file for do so . I have implemented it before for a hotel website. I would like to implement it . Thanks
