Gui Changes

• [x] Generic, sortable lists of things (items, machines, text etc), multi and single select.
• [ ] Tabs: add, close, select, rearrange
• [x] Right click menus
• [x] Pop-up windows, resizeable.
• [x] More generic buttons
• [x] Drag and drop command adding
• [ ] Main screen zooming and scrolling
• [ ] Commands default to vertical/horizontal paths rather than straight lines (? thoughts?)
• [x] Custom mouse cursors
• [ ] Help screens (fontbox?)
