When you click the "Save & New" button when adding indicator result the all form fields are not cleared.

Current behavior When you click the "Save & New" button when adding indicator result all the form fields are not cleared.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. The Indicator > Indicator list page
2. Click to expand the Indicator Results
3. Click the "Add Result" button
4. Fill all the fields and click the "Save & New" button
5. The Target period field is not cleared

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
