Failed to load files via SimpleFileSystemProtocol

OpenVolumeでマウントされるファイルシステムが、起動したBOOTX64.EFIの存在するものではなかったのが原因。この挙動をどう回避すればいいのかはいまだ不明。UEFI設定画面より、Boot Order Overrideで起動するとうまく起動する？ことは確認した。

Virtual box seems to support x2APIC.
