schemaLocation lost when document unmarshalled and marshalled back to XML

The schemaLocation attribute is lost when an XML document is unmarshalled and marshalled back. See attached test case (test case supplied under https://github.com/highsource/ogc-schemas/blob/master/LICENSE).
