[Request] Create Official CLI Port?

Is your request related to a specific problem you're having? To highlight code in the terminal, we need to use a library like cli-highlight. However, this library has not been maintained for 5 years.

The solution you'd prefer / feature you'd like to see added... Maybe we can create an official CLI port of highlight.js. What do you think?
