Cedar Policy Language isn't available on the website or mentioned in the supported languages.

@liamwh I have been scanning through the repo since last month...I want to contribute to the "hacktoberfest 2025"... I have a doubt:; Do you want only want documentation visibility or add cedar to the online Demo site??
