Can't change the Solid Gauge Max Value

When using the standalone version and I want to generate a solid gauge from a single value (3.51) the default scale is from 0 to 100, where I prefer the scale from 0 to 10.

When I include the advanced options to change this, I can't set the "max" for the Y axis, and changing the X axis doesn't do anything.

When I change to a different graph, like bar graph, I can set the Y axis!
