Exporting XLS Not working in IE9

Hello,

Downloading XLS from the burger menu beside a HighChart does not appear to work in IE9.

To replicate, in IE9, go to http://www.highcharts.com/plugin-registry/single/7/Export-CSV-XLS , click the burger menu within the High Chart and select 'Download XLS'. Nothing loads/shows up for download.

window.btoa() is not supported on <= IE9 (http://caniuse.com/#feat=atob-btoa)

On my side, I included the fix from this thread : http://stackoverflow.com/a/11527586 until a proper fix is included in this library
