Auto-pairs can conflict with certain filetypes

Hi,

Great plugin, however one issue I have come across is that the brackets' completion doubles the character regardless of situation, even when it should not be, such as " in vimscript, which is used to comment. Other similar plugins have addressed this issue, or have settings that allow for certain custom rules created by the user.
