Highlighting when table is missing headers

Hello, thanks for the useful plugin! I enabled the multimarkdown table extension and was wondering if it's possible for the plugin to also highlight tables without headers?

The implementation is not trivial so I don't think I will support it. But I will leave this issue open in case I change my mind in the future.
