CORRUPTED FILE DOWNLOADED FROM BUSYBOX ANDROID FTPD SERVER
At first I thought the problem was in the busybox binary or my cell phone, but when I opened the ftp server in the ubuntu terminal I was able to download the file without any size change. Downloads made by this app are drastically reduced by a few bytes consequently losing it md5sum. Fix it!
Do you have any logs and evidence to see, including used versions etc? This is too less info.
I can't find the option to export logs in the app, it's the latest version 2.1.0. I tested with similar app "my.mobi.android.apps4u.ftpclient" and the downloads are not corrupted. My phone is the ftp server, it is rooted, as I said. The shell command I run is "tcpsvd -E 0.0.0.0 8080 ftpd -A -a -h /sourcefolder 2> /dev/null", which starts the server in the chosen folder!
As said I cannot do anything with this ticket. If files would be corrupted always, I think someone would've noticed in the past X years :). Please give a more detailed report including logging etc. A reproduction scenario, or at least something more than "files get corrupted, fix it!"
