Keyboard Backlight not starting

Asus Zenbook UX31L with f3/f4 Keyboard backlight brightness keys.

Airplane mode, screen brightness and Volume keys all work. Keyboard backlight control shows in Control Panel but moving the slider or FN keys (not confirmed working) do nothing.

archive contains DSDT.aml, SSDT-FN-KEYS.al and opencore config.plist
