YOLOv5 issue

I've included my YOLOv5 trained model for sign language recognition. However, when I select my model, the software immediately crashes and closes. Could you please help me solve the issue? I used the tutorial from below link to train the model: https://medium.com/mlearning-ai/training-yolov5-custom-dataset-with-ease-e4f6272148ad I can send you a copy of the model if it's required
