Switch tabs to callkit on outgoing calls

When the user places a call using my app's dial pad, the callkit opens in another tab and the user has to switch manually. Users expect to see the call screen when placing a call, so I'm wondering if it's possible to switch to callkit automatically on outgoing calls.
