Add notification for replies

  • Use sync adapter to periodically check for new replies for user's submissions
  • Limit submissions to check to maybe 2-3 days

Btw, HN has some time period after which replies can't be added, so that would make a better cutoff value for checking. Not sure what that interval is, though.
