Review module distribution types

[ ] Review module distribution types (UMD/ES5/ES6). Probably ES5 can be deprecated already. [ ] Review package.json fields ("module/browser/es2015"). Probably "main" should be removed, as it applicable only to Node modules.. It was reported that bundlers like Vite may be confused.
