Feature request: paste to current frame using hotkey disregarding mouse position

Right now you have to be very precise if you want to paste something to a certain frame, it would be nice if you could instead navigate to the frame you wanted to paste to and press a hotkey to paste to the current frame without having to worry about the mouse position.
