[FR] Add support for Linux on Arm64

Feature description

In 2025, there are already many Linux users on arm64, and in the future, this will also include a large number of users on Apple Silicon–based Macs. Unfortunately, Hiddify does not have an arm64 Linux version. This issue has caused trouble for many people.

When I opened the Hiddify project, I found that it does not provide a detailed description of the source code. This is not a good thing, as it means that others who want to get involved will have to spend more time guessing what the dependencies are, rather than figuring out how to adapt it to the arm64 architecture.

I believe Hiddify should release an arm64 Linux version of the application or provide more detailed documentation to make it easier for others to contribute to the project. Thanks.
