Feature description

In the Windows application, you cannot configure a white or black list for VPN anywhere. This function is sorely lacking, I haven’t found a sane guide on how to do this through the config, so please indicate where this can be done or add such a function

Both whitelist and blacklist should be implemented.

Both for IP addresses/domains and apps.

I have to keep using Amnezia for that purpose, which in turn lacks country profiles.
