[FR] Removing Non-Working Configurations

Feature description

When we fetch the proxy configurations from a url, the app can sort them by their ping. There are lots of configurations that do not work and every time the app tries to connect checks them all. This slows down the process of connecting. It would be nice, if we could remove those configurations that are not working after the first connection, or even remove all connections above a specified ping.
