Issues with Auto-Start VPN and Silent Mode in Hiddify App

What Happened?
Greetings to the esteemed Hiddify developers,
In the new versions of Hiddify App (version 0.13.0 and onwards), support for automatic VPN activation has been disabled. According to discussions with the developers, it was decided to address these issues in future updates and re-enable this feature, which is present in all Windows clients.
I kindly request that this issue be resolved in future versions of the Hiddify App so that the VPN automatically turns on after Windows startup. Additionally, the Silent Mode in Windows is not functioning properly; its activation status does not make any difference, and Hiddify still launches. Despite the passing of two versions, these issues remain unresolved and are significant.
Thank you for addressing these issues in future updates.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1- Start Windows 2- Hiddify launches automatically, but the VPN does not turn on 3- Silent Mode does not work; Hiddify still opens even when it is enabled
