[FR] Allow switch between proxy and direct connect

Now, the hiddfy app will automatically start proxy when it is started, but sometimes we need direct connect, for instance, when we travel abroad, or when the router has set proxy. Comparing to just stop and restart the app, what about adding a function that allows users to switch between proxy mode and direct connect mode?

I also really suggest to add this function to the Android version, and make it possible to be controlled via function like Mode and Routines in OneUI, so that it can be automatically switched.

Sorry, my fault. But I just want to say that probably we need to switch between Global Proxy, Rule Proxy and Direct connect.
