Upload speed is horribly slow

I am having a major issue with upload speeds. No matter which protocol I use, upload never goes above ~20 Mbps, while download speeds are perfect.

My server and network can easily do 1 Gbps+, so I expected at least 100 Mbps on the client side. I even switched the core from XRay to Sing-box, which helped a bit, but upload is still very slow.

This seems like a core or routing issue affecting upstream performance. Looking for a fix or explanation.
