Proxy-Authorization header issue

Bug/Feature:

Description: When I'm connected to VPN created by HiddifyManager (no matter if I connect via HiddifyApp, sing-box or anything else) - requests to proxies with http auth are failing. When any HTTP requests contains Proxy-Authorization header - it fails. With other server-side platforms like 3x-ui it works well.
