Local language not working on user page.

I set the language to Chinese on this page, but it didn't work.

User interface and panel settings are not taking effect.

i tried several language in setting and everything was fine on user page so please try on another server and provide picture from settings and user panel on new server

I have the same issue. Only Farsi language works. When selecting any other language the page is displayed in English.
