error in Russian localization

Describe the bug the problem is in the Russian localization. it is impossible to edit a user on the site because the editing ui is not displayed

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Change your lang to Russian
  2. Go to Users
  3. Click on Edit user
  4. See error

Expected behavior display of data for editing, not its absence
