Added / fixed functionality to serialize regcoil objects with the standard simsopt.save() and simsopt.load() functions.

This adds functionality to save/load WindingSurfaceField and CurrentPotentialFourier, which provides a convenient way for the user to save results of their regcoil-like optimizations for later analysis.

I believe it's already up-to-date with the regcoil branch. I didn't realize it would show up with the general pull requests for master. Unless regcoil has been added to master, it doesn't make sense to merge this in. @akaptano It's ready for review.
