SurfaceRZFourier tests

Added tests for

• Copying stellarator non-symmetric surfaces
• Calling fourier_transform_scalar with normalization not None and modes aliasing to 0
• Calling fixed_range()
• Calling darea() and dvolume()

These cases were previously not covered by tests.

Not linted to avoid spurious changes.
