Licensing option on Mint

Saw this great post today where an NFT creator was offering the use of different types of licenses for NFTs.

It might be useful to add an option when minting to add a license (or none) from a list like this. Could also include any kind of CC ones as well although they may not make sense for NFTs.

I think this is good. Having a default "all rights reserved" setting would also take out any ambiguity people have about art NFTs currently (have seen people saying ie "does this mean I can use this as album art?"). Mockup: image_623

some questions: should there be an "Other"/type your own option or can we cover all needs with a dropdown? Are there legal implications? Do we default all existing pieces to 'all rights reserved'? Will there be a method for setting/changing rights on existing works / works minted before this update?
