Add a warning next to the buy button
Next to the buy button there should be an icon like a warning sign ⚠. Clicking on it takes you to an overlay or another site where warnings can be displayed, eg:
Be careful, when buying artworks on hicetnunc. Due to the open nature of the platform, bad actors can upload artworks they have taken from other artists and sell them as their own. Before buying, do some due diligence:
- has the artwork a hint to a social profile (twitter, instagram etc.)?
- has the creators account a hint to a genuine social profile (twitter, instagram etc.)?
- was there ever something published on those social profiles in relation to hicetnunc (eg with tezos wallet address)?
- Is the social profile older than March 2021 or does it link to other pages/networks where hicetnunc is mentioned?
- Is the artwork shown in a good quality you as an artist would sell (size, compression etc)?
If the answer to all of these questions is no, all red flags are thrown and it could be a copyminter. If you are still interested in the piece, investigate more, put it through Google Image Reverse Search or Tin Eye or ask in the #report-abuse channel on Discord for a second opinion. If you think you know the artist, but you don't see any reference to hicetnunc on tehir website or social profiles, ask him/her directly to get a confirmation.
Be careful. This is an open environment and with great freedom and liberties come great responsibilities and necessary precautions.

The one thing I would add to your third bullet is: does the artist social media link to this same tezos address?
that's quite a long text to be next to a already crouded area...
maybe clicking on collect for X tez should launch a prompt with a warning and then the user can CANCEL or BUY ANYWAY?
