can't acess my wallet, can i change this on hic et nunc?

i can't access my wallet in any way because of an error in temple's system, so i lost my profile and all my collection. i would like to know if there is any way to change my wallet account so that i can access it and get paid for what i did. i already tried support with temple and i can't recover the wallet but i have all the data from it, if i need to confirm. i just want my hic et nunc account back, with my arts and my collection.

Your wallet account is independent of the hic et nunc front end, and in fact Temple as well. Your wallet's contents should be recoverable via the seed phrase on any Tezos compatible wallet application.
