Can't do anything in Overlay.dll tab

Every time I try to do anything I get the error message that's in the picture and nothing changes. Can't see the overlay at all.

this is actually issue of OverlayPlugin.

Try delete, or make this file empty (with notepad): (ACT Directory)/Config/RainbowMage.OverlayPlugin.config.xml

Having the exact same problem. I understand what you are asking to do, but i am in the ACT directory and there isn't a config folder, or anything like RainbowMage.OverlayPlugin.config.xml
