Feature request: Track chestboat inventory

With the introduction of chestboats in 19, some boats can have inventories. While not strictly useful for piloting boats, it's still potentially useful information for players that can be displayed.

An implementation for this probably isn't trivial, last time I checked it, the boat's inventory wasn't available on the clientside without opening its gui.
