Not working with repositories under settings.gradle?

Thanks for this great library. But it is not working with repositories defined in settings.gradle under:

dependencyResolutionManagement { repositories {

I developed this for use in the Hibernate project, but we no longer use it. Probably it is best for someone else to just take over the development.

That said, if you send a PR I can integrate it here
