Show Circle Marker Or Different Shape If Date Have An Event

Open yahyaizala opened this issue 3 years ago • 10 comments

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When adding a new event Calendar just enable us to change text color. But sometime we need a sweet virtualization.

If it is possible a nice circle on the bottom date string would be better.

Is there any sample which you want to show? I can definitely add it as UI modification @yahyaizala

@hi-manshu I meant maybe there is a little circle on the bottom of date when there is an event. Currently we can change date text color if there is an event. but there is not a geometric symbol that point the date for an event. my opinion if there is an icon on the date text, or a circle shape which can be changed radius or color may looks better.

And another thing I want to mention, scrollable kalanedar and other calendar options are not same. They have different behaviors so in my opinion if can be done. They should use same options.

so I hope to see these modifications.

And thanks the calendar is so smart and I really enjoyed to use it.

@hi-manshu Just a suggestion : Since we'll have these types of events :-

  • GOAL
  • REMINDER
  • TASK
  • EVENT

we can represent each type with 1 colour

let's say a circular shape with Red colour(for TASK) with text "3" showing that we've 3 TASKs scheduled for today.

This way it'll be easy to show all "4" types of events in the calendar. like this:-

This is an enlarged wireframe for a single date

I'm willing to work on this issue. Before that pls let me know why the Kalendarendlos only have the event type.

Sorry, the calendar did not show the events properly because there was a mistake from my side. Thank you for providing such an extensive, calendar library. It really saves much time.
