Update script and some defaults

Added update.sh for:

  • re-downloading the basic files of the repo of hi-ko
  • reinstalling the requirements with --full argument
  • checking automatically at github for the latest server version
  • asking to proceed update
  • and build the app and restart services like already in the install

I thought it is also useful to provide some defaults in .joplinrc which are not necessary to run but else hard to find.
