UCSS issue with :hover styles

Prolly yes at this moment as `:hover` is more a mouse event than a static css style. @usabe seems we indeed need to include this in UCSS engine by default.

Tag with name to Redis

Domain name is too long and will take more space in most cases. Custom tag could result in conflict in multiple wordpress installations.

Add propType 'step" for Number validation.

Can't agree more. The `step` prop should be supported for number type.
