Symbol on tray is not centered and cuts temperature display

An aesthetic issue, but it's a bit annoying.

I'm using macbook pro 2018 with the latest OS.

I can try to tackle it if anyone give me pointers on where to find this piece of code.

I found a workaround for this - change the menubar settings under preferences to single line display.
