xxxx-web-service运行不起来

总是提示dubbo-consumer-dev.xml重复的创建的Bean ID。 我把BeanID的名称改了，注入的服务名也改了，但依然没有什么用。

我使用的是Eclipse Neon Release (4.6.0), JDK1.8.Tomcat8.0, Windows7 基于这样的环境配置,你尝试在台差不多机器上拉下你的代码重新跑起来,比较下是系统环境还是,还是通用问题.
