Pls update tuyapi to 5.1.1

Hi, couple of days ago @codetheweb updated tuyapi with support for new firmware. I've succesfully connected to my plugs with this newer lib but since I'm JS noob I don't really know how to properly add this to your project. TIA

Just created a very basic version based on latest tuyapi, haven’t tested with earlier protocol version as I only have 3.3 devices.

is the only thing that works with new teckin sp22 plugs besides ifttt webhooks
