Update for VS2k15

I've gotten everything to build by updating to the final release of Roslyn and playing with references, and I can get the AsyncGenerator to install in VS2k15, but I can't get it to actually work ("custom tool not found."). Is this project dead/replaced/other?

Hi @ddurschlag. The project is pretty dormant, but I will take a look at updating it to more recent version of .NET and Visual Studio. I don't have much time to prioritise this project though, I'm afraid. Expect it to be weeks rather than days.
