Support for DACP (Digital Audio Control Protocol)

It seems that an Airplay device and a client communicates via DACP as well. While most of the functionality such as track control is not effective in PulseAudio, it is necessary to synchronize with device-side volume setting changes.

:+1: it would be great, as the buttons on my device don't works when using pulseaudio + raop2.

But only sound level can be implemented because I don't know if next / previous actions are transmitted through pulseaudio to the application generating the sound.
